The intersection of classic and modern

With a typical 5×20 lot, the land is located in the planning area with rapid development. With a large density of houses close together, ventilation and natural light are necessary to build a comfortable and comfortable living space for a young couple and two children.

We listen to the needs of the homeowner and come up with a solution for the East-West direction. This is a difficult problem because we have to avoid the West, but have to ventilate and bring light into the house. The solution is to use glass bricks to reduce the direct sunlight in the west, combine the atrium to have an air cushion to reduce heat and vertical ventilation to create a landscape for the 1st floor and the 2nd floor working room

The interior is designed in a classic oriental style but still brings youthfulness by interesting shaping methods for a unique and personal interior space. The combination of Indochine style in the interior with color Neutral colors with wood, brick and wall materials bring a luxurious look to the space. To harmonize between generations, the details are significantly reduced, so that the space is youthful and interesting with intervals. green and the unique way of getting light that the architects have researched.

The living space on the 1st floor includes the kitchen, dining room and living room with the highlight of the glass wall and the green plant above the toilet to help block the sun, create a western landscape, and a large gap is brought into the back of the house. Ventilation ducts for all spaces . The 2nd floor with the master bedroom and office with green space and atrium provides natural light, from here the stairs lead directly to the 3rd floor and the roof – where the lake is. swim. The courtyard is planted with trees to facilitate vertical ventilation to provide natural light for the bedroom of 2 children. The swimming pool is arranged on the roof for the purpose of relaxing in your spare time and can zoom in on the surrounding landscape to help reduce heat and cool the space below, from which the house is conditioned, providing fresh air. and cool in the tropical monsoon climate.
