Nguyen Dung House is a corporation of offices (1st and 2nd floors) and apartments (3rd, 4th and 5th floors). It is received and innovated based on an available frame by 6717 Studio.

Offices:
Due to the room’s low ceiling and using mostly artificial light, architect team has decided to use a solution of black mirror aluminum ceiling to increase height and width in feeling. Interior plays an accent role in monochrome colors with black and white which forms a simplicity and coherence within the office. The entrance door is made of transparent glass helping the small office to take advantage of natural light.

Apartments:
The center space of the house stays in the skylight and staircase posited in the middle connecting front and behind parts. On the third floor, living room and kitchen share the same floor, limiting the restrictions, expanding space, and creating a natural aeration. On the fourth and fifth floors, all rooms are designed to maximize receiving natural light and close to nature.
Light and plants are skillfully taken into the house enhancing fresh green patches for bedrooms. At the same time, they relax people’s souls when coming back home after a busy working day. The whole house is painted in white featuring a spacious feeling for all the house’s spaces. In addition, this white paint highlights warm colors of interior. While architects pay a strong attention to the harmonious theme of color, they don’t forget to design curves emphasizing traditional soft features of interior spaces that exude elegance and luxury.
The house façade is designed with blocks cut by proportional curves giving the house a new impression, at the same time creating interesting cutscenes when viewed from the inside.
Terrace is the homeowner’s favorite space. This one is designed to look like a mini coffee shop with a miniature garden. A green and airy space becomes a relaxing place for homeowners after stressful working hours.
