Modern Aesthetic Of A Private House

Private houses in a developed and crowded city usually meet the problem of illumination lack and stuffiness. It is a great challenge to create functional area division and arrange an air-ventilation and light space for T House which occupies 5m in width and 20m in length. However, designers have applied extremely suitable solutions which give a comfortable, pleasant and close-to-nature living space to the homeowners.

T House is located on a land lot which is clamped between two privates houses in a big city

It has a modern façade with the combination of cement and wood.

T House is designed in modernism style in combination with minimalism of which convenience and neatness are first priorities.

Common living area on the first floor includes the living room, kitchen – dining area and a garage.

Living room furniture is moderated comfortably enough for the whole family to use.

A unique coffee table becomes prominent beside the light gray sofa.

To enliven the space, a wall behind the sofa is covered with bright wooden bars.

A large garage is separated to the living room by a glass sliding door.

Space under the stairs is made use for creative storage.

Green plants are grown in the void to purify the air effectively.

A modern kitchen – dining area is connected to the living room.

To make the space airier, designers have arranged a mini garden on the back of the house which is next to the kitchen.

A system of MDF wooden cabinets in combination with luxurious marble top in the kitchen.

Cooking area is always bright thanks to recessed LED lights which are installed in the upper cabinets.

A bathroom on the first floor is skillfully hidden after a concrete wall.

Green plants are grown at the mini garden creating a fresh view.

A big void in the middle of the house helps to solve the problem of illumination lack and stuffiness.

The wall of void is tiled with grey laterite. Two bathrooms on the second floor also connect to this void.

Master bedroom has a very large space with a view of the streets.

Ceiling to floor wardrobes solves the problem of storage comprehensively.

Dressing table and decorative cabinet which are opposite to the bed become highlights of the bed. Designers have used dark brown wood color instead of light brown hue as in the living room.

A glass partition separates dry area to wet area.

A bedroom is designed for daughter with lovely blue pastel.

Wardrobe with a small decorative corner so the little girl can display her favorite toys.

A studying desk is installed on the wall next to the window so it can receive natural light from the glass window.

On the third floor, there is another common living area with a low tea table and seat cushions. Homeowners can enjoy tea and reading books here.

A comfortable and convenient washing – drying room is designed simply. Opposite is a dressing room.

The dressing room is impressively designed when using hanging shelves instead of cabinets with doors. Using shelves to hang clothes will help homeowners easily find things as well as limit the humidity affecting clothes.
