Perhaps any one of us all want to have a private, quiet and peaceful home to enjoy every moment when returning home. And there is no exception for the owner of T&T House. Especially, the owner of this house prefers to combine the space mixing between colors and natural flavors in his own house.
With a plan area of more than 300 square metres located in the South of Vietnam, the difficult point of the project is that architects must provide construction visualization in accordance with the existing foundation of the house that was constructed by another company but not satisfied the owner. In addition, the homeowner loves delicate elegance when he requires architects to design based on very basic colors of nature: blue, grey, white and wood.
Architects cleverly suggest a solution to build only one staircase with two voids of floor space. This aims to take maximum advantage of natural lights and air leading into the house. It also creates wonderful conditions for owners to grow a lot of green plants without spending much time on caring.
Right in the living room, a big dracaena fragrans is grown surrounded by open glass walls that make them easy to clean, limiting maximum disadvantages and complications when combining green plants inside an open space of the home that most projects face with. The opening factor and space linkage are also ensured by maximizing tempered glass and limiting walls. Architects must carefully consider and well handle so that more glass walls are installed but still ensure the safety, soundproof and aesthetic. In addition, curved arches are used delicately and skillfully to soften the space, harmonize all outlines, and minimize the rigidity of cement buildings in urban areas. Finally, home is a place to live, to work, to love and to connect all members together, therefore space and colors in the common living room of T&T House already satisfied all members and even please the “tiny guests” of owner that makes generation gap closer to each other and also makes the home a peaceful place to love and to live together.
