Besides the luxurious interior, the villa also occupies green fresh and large gardens.

The villa consists of 3 floors. The first floor is common living space including a living room and kitchen with modern and cozy design. The second floor includes a master bedroom and a dressing room. Whereas the third floor is designed as a luxurious relaxed world with a bar and diverse entertainment spaces.

Overall space with neutral colors exudes a peaceful sense and opens a new world at ease.

The lobby is impressive thanks to a butterfly wall decorated by homeowners.

Crossing the lobby is an area of elevator and staircases. Here’s not only the center leading to the upper floors but also the separation place between living room and kitchen. This sophisticated design ensures the privacy for different activities inside the house. Besides the yellow color of floor, black and white are mostly used to enhance the modern and luxurious beauty of furniture in the living room. Whereas, kitchen is equipped with bright veneer furniture giving a close and cozy feeling.

First floor space is designed look like an interior displaying area, all furniture brings a unique and interesting character. Three small white tea tables make a perfect pair with grey leather sofa. A big and black TV stands out on a patterned marble wall.

Kitchen facilities occupy the beauty of European style. Ranges of cabinets are set up neatly along the wall length.

For the function of private and soothing place of relaxation after a long working day, each bedroom is designed simply with modern furniture, limiting unnecessary decorations. Colors are mainly light, elegant hues like deep brown, white or navy blue.
