Instead of keeping 3 bedrooms as initial design, architects have removed one bedroom to preserve area for common living space, therefore this living room has become very spacious.

On the neutral and deep background, aladdin sofa stands out and warms up the whole room. Herringbone cement tiles combine two different colors creating an eye-catching and impressive highlight.

The third 85sqm apartment belongs to a single IT who mostly works at home. It is designed by W2D Studio. Differently with the above apartments, this home uses a deeper and more neutral color palette forming a peaceful and fresh feeling. Rooms and spaces are arranged scientifically, helping to divide functional areas clearly, therefore homeowners can separate working areas to rest space for his mind relaxation and energy recovery after a working day at home.
