Renovation Of 220sqm House In Modernism Interior Design Style

H&P House is built on an area of 220sqm and located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It is renovated into modernism design from an old house by Acspace. After innovation, the house wears a more ventilated and comfortable appearance.

The house includes 4 floors. The first floor is common living space, the second and third floors are bedrooms, working room, and bathrooms, the fourth floor is washing and drying area and a terrace with a beautiful view to Sai Gon river and blocks of modern buildings.

Homeowners keep a small area in front of the house for parking which rarely appears in a big city house due to its small area.

Next to the living room is kitchen and dining area. Dining table and chairs have ton-sur-ton color with overall theme of the house.

H&P House is a typical house where its length is much longer than the width in a busy and developed city. After renovation it thoroughly solved the problem of air ventilation and illumination lack with modern interior design. This house will be a helpful suggestion of house design for anyone owning a similar house.
