MOOI’s House is an apartment designed in Japanese style by MOOI Concept. The apartment is the perfect model for those who own quiet and gentle character and who need everything just enough with their home.

MOOI’s House has a small area, 59sqm. Understanding this limitation, the design team skillfully applied the Japandi style, which is a combination of traditional Scandinavian and Japanese styles. Japanese style brings simplicity in interior design, helping to optimize the living space, blending Scandinavian characteristics and personality. The two styles coordinate harmoniously, creating a very unique look for MOOI’s House.

The apartment consists of a common living space that is a kitchen – dining room and the living room which are designed openly, creating a seamless, spacious feeling. MOOI’s House was originally designed with two bedrooms, but the owner often works at home with her colleagues, so she turned a bedroom into a working room. Earth orange color is chosen as the main color of the apartment, bringing a bright and cozy look.

Kitchen area is the first space when entering home.

The white-brown kitchen cabinet system is neat, the kitchen wall is covered with white card tiles to create accents.

In order for the kitchen to have a ton-sur-ton color scheme with the overall apartment, the grout among tiles is also designed in eye-catching orange.

The entrance hall is equipped with a shoe cabinet and a comfortable shoe replacement chair.

The living room uses furniture with minimalist lines, its loggia receives a lot of natural sunlight.

The design team arranged a small dining table because the owner lived alone, not forgetting to put an extra chill shelf next to the window. The fake fireplace is used for a decorative purpose, showing somewhat of the Nordic style.

Shelves for decorative item displaying are designed simply, the shelf frame is shaped like a very unique water pipe.

The second bedroom is transformed into a small working room.

The working room has a shelf for documents with many different large and small compartments, next to it are cabinets, helping homeowners have more storage space.

MOOI’s House is a beautiful apartment model, suitable for those who are single and unmarried. Japandi style is the most suitable choice for MOOI’s House, which can both optimize the living area and create a unique personality for the owner.
