Owning a 220 square meter duplex apartment in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam the owner expects to design a home in special and unique features. After making a survey, the architect team realized that the duplex apartment has an advantage of spacious view to the west and not overcasted by surrounding buildings. It also had a system of glass cells to blur the boundary between inside space and outside balcony forming an open and bright view. In addition, the combination of two floor types, grey wooden floor and cloudy tile has contributed to enhance aesthetic and sense of space.

Architect team has faced many difficulties while completing this apartment due to the short time requirement from owners whilst still ensuring the good quality.
