An intelligent solution for a 43-sqm apartment for rent

This is a project to design a 43 sqms apartment for rent including 2 bedrooms for students in Fyrtel Wilda, Poznan, Poland. Customer likes a warm interior style with mild and comfortable colors.
Living Room is accentuated by a modern geometric carpet. Whereas grey and precise wall picture adds an interest to the home space.
Black accents include a rectangle coffee table with metal frame, a standing light in the corner of the room and a big ceiling light setting of the layout of space.
Oak material from TV stand and working corner brings a warm and friendly space.
Two creative shelvings are installed symmetrically on the wall to display black and white pieces of arts and small souvenir items.
Next to TV stand is a green indoor plant bringing a refreshing sense to the living room.
On the corridor, peaceful mint paint spreading till entrance way. A wooden wardrobe helps to store clothes and bulky items. A lovely and intelligent seat makes it truly convenient for wearing or taking out the shoes.
The mint L-shape kitchen folds around a small dining table with 3 modern chairs. A mint drop ceiling light totally matches the mint kitchen.
A white and small fridge is pushed into a corner to save space for such a limited area of kitchen. With reasonable arrangement of interior, the kitchen has full functions to serve users.
Kitchen countertop is made of natural wood which is extremely safe and friendly. Glass window takes full natural light to the cooking space and it also serves to take out the cooking smell when necessary.
Warm oak accents become prominent through furniture combination in a mainly white bedroom
Smart bedside table is arranged in line with the bed leg creating an eye-catching accent for the room. On the other side of bed designer sets a working table integrated with a bookshelf and a big white wardrobe.
A grey ceiling curtain makes window seem to be enlarged. Grey color creates an elegant and sophisticated space for the bedroom.
Corridor is covered carefully by monochromatic floor tiles. Mint wall hooks embellish the wardrobe.
A full-length mirror is arranged on the entrance way.
Two square rattan baskets are placed under the sink to make use of space.
Monochromatic tiles from the entrance way are also used in a small bathroom.
LED lamps light up the mint tiles in the glass bathroom
Black accessories balance out the color tone in the bathroom.
