Designing A Fetching Apartment For Rent
The apartment is constructed and designed for rental purposes. However, homeowners don’t want it to be just a basic rental apartment, they also want to put their enthusiasm and hospitality into it. Therefore, the architects have realized the desire, giving the apartment a modern and comfortable space for guests to have the best experience.
The apartment is a harmonious combination of cold colors: gray, white, blue and orange brown, creating a sharp modern beauty. The walls in the living room and bedroom are decorated with blue claddings made of scratch-resistant MDF Melamine, making the room more beautifully accented. In addition, to keep the rest of the wall from being blurred, the design team uses faux concrete wallpaper. The two walls use two different but strangely harmonious decorations, making an impression at first sight when entering the apartment.
The connection between the living room and the kitchen is a dining area. This area is not large but just large enough for a 4-people family. The dining table is designed to be half movable and half fixed. The fixed part is the seat with a backrest attached directly to the wall.
It can be seen that, although it is for rental purposes, homeowners have been very meticulous and devoted to their apartments. Homeowners want tenants when coming here, even if it is only a short period of time, but will feel like their home, both close, comfortable and safe and still have interesting new experiences.
