One of the priorities when designing an apartment is that the space must help family members interact and stick together more. Based on that priority, the architect has minimized unnecessary partitions, bringing a lot of natural light to the apartment to help it look larger than the actual area.

The kitchen area is airy. Its floor is raised up. The stone material is used in sync with the bar, both helping to divide and create a connection between spaces.

The bar is also an important highlight of the apartment, it not only helps to create division but also contributes to the aesthetic.

The seamless combination is also shown in the arrangement of a dedicated area for children behind the bar. Lovely small space with a desk and mezzanine with a lively, eye-catching net.

The space for children and mezzanine floor have a beautiful woven mesh which still ensures safety when children play or rest.

The living room connects to the dining room without any separation, just like the owner’s expectation of cohesion. The highlight here is the fake-concrete painted wall to make the room more beautiful in a modern, new style but still very close and familiar.

Extended concrete wall not only makes the home look longer, but also provides a solid foundation for loose furniture to put in.

The seamlessness of the whole apartment gives parents and children more opportunities to talk to each other.

To save space, we can see the cabinet shelves are arranged very reasonably, suitable for the function but increase the aesthetics.

The master bedroom is neatly and scientific designed. Floor to ceiling shelves save space dramatically.

The main wooden yellow tone brings warmth but no less luxury.

Space becomes more personal with contrast in architecture

Contrast in architecture is not only a confrontation, but more deeply it brings a harmonious connection from two different elements in color, materials, design… to help the apartment look creative but still well-groomed.

For kitchen area, the architect uses white marble to make a contrast with black wood on the dark gray floor creating a perfect highlight for the whole apartment.

The contrast of black and white colors is taken advantage to highlight the space.

The dining room area also shows a very clear color contrast. The opposites don’t make a harsh view, on the contrary they combine together to increase apartment beauty.
