Optimizing Storage Area By Smart Furniture In An Apartment

Apartment designed by 259 Design is the living space of a young four-member family including parents and 2 small children. It faces the hot west and its area of 3 bedrooms is not large, so the owner wants architects to solve these problems.

In order to create a fresh and youthful feeling harmonizing the heat of afternoon sun, architects chose mint green as the main color for the apartment interior . Soft curves are cleverly incorporated into the design, bringing visual comfort, and at the same time creating safety for children when playing, running and jumping in the house. According to the owner’s request to optimize 3 bedrooms area, the design team proposed a solution to use smart beds, integrate beds and cabinets, combined with bookcases and desks. The bed can be folded to create an empty space for members to comfortably walk and play in the room.

Shared living space is designed openly without partitions to create an airy width for the room.

The layout is similar to other apartments, but architects have refreshed and created unique features for the owner’s living space by choosing suitable smart furniture and delicate decoration details. It can be seen that the area is small or large, but if there is a reasonable interior layout design, it still ensures functional utility and comfort in living.
